ADHD

This will enhance your ability to cope with cognitive demands, and increase your mental clarity and resilience to face life challenges.
Teens

Porn Addiction

Faith & Spirituality

I come from a Christian faith background and welcome dialogue with people from all types of belief. I will help you to get clarity on what you believe, and coach you on how to grow in your relationship with faith and spirituality as you understand it.
Gender Dysphoria
Do you feel uncomfortable in your body? Does gender dysphoria cause you daily stress and anxiety to the point where it overshadows everything going on your life? Therapy for gender dysphoria involves delving into potential factors contributing to gender dysphoria in a safe non-judgmental environment.
If your child (whether dependent or young adult) is experiencing gender dysphoria I can work with them and you to support their mental health and better understand their gender dysphoria as they experience it.
Family Therapy
Are family dynamics creating stress that overshadows the good moments you want to share together? Family therapy provides a supportive and non-judgmental space to explore patterns of communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen relationships within your family.
If your child, partner, or entire household is struggling with ongoing tension, I can work with you to address challenges, deepen understanding, and foster healthier ways of relating to one another. Couples Counselling
In my work with couples, I take a relational approach that emphasizes honesty with compassion. I help partners join together in the truth in a way that builds connection rather than defensiveness, creating space for deeper understanding. Instead of getting stuck in endlessly rehashing past hurts, we focus on what actually works—practical shifts in communication and patterns—that allow the relationship to move forward with more trust, respect, and resilience.
Trauma
Do reminders of past hurts keep you feeling unsafe, stuck, or on constant guard? If you experience symptoms of PTSD, or simply carry difficult events that you haven’t yet had a chance to work through, I’m here to help you process them in a structured, compassionate, and safe way.
